An experience I had at SOS this year was that God gave me the power of tounges he spoke to me very powerfully and all of this is because that SOS is a powerful place to be if you are having a rough time with God, friends, family ,or even yourself.
See you all next year at SOS '08!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my second year at SOS it was wonderful, it helped me forgive those who told me lies, and help me just grow closer to god.I really liked all the outreaches.I just really wish it was longer. And that everyone could like sleep at the VCC that would just be so much fun! we could go really late in worship, and get more prayer...it would just be awesome. And i was told to heal. And it was just freaking awesome!

Thank you soo much to everyone who helped sos happen!

amazing experience even though i lost all of my personal items...like my booklet before it even started lol some may remember that!...But anyway thanks to some kind ppl i got everything back that i had missplaced hehe. But on a more serious note, S.O.S was incredible! It was my first time attending and is most definitely won't be my last. Summer of Sevice has helped me grow, just the one week we spent worshiping God in so many ways was so powerful!...I can't wait to do it again next year!!! Thanks to all, shout out to Alton for finding my phone lol...it's greatly apreciated!!

What an amazing week at SOS!! I am so pleased to hear how well the outreach went and was not suprised when God's love was the purpose behind it all!! This was my first time coming to SOS, and I am so thankful that I had this opportunity...It was so powerful and moving to look around me and see tons of young Christians praising the Lord's name! What a blessing! I just pray that this will not be the end of sharing our hearts as Christians but truly a LIFELONG COMMITMENT FOR EVERY ONE OF US! Thank You for all that helped in putting this together... You guys rock!

My group of students were at an outreach on Friday that wasn't going very well for a number of reasons...but something really great came out of it and thought I would share! I was walking with 2 of my students when a homeless man passed us and asked us for money. I told him that I didn't have any cash on me and we continued walking. Well, one of my students named Tony said "hey, I'm gonna go buy that guy something to eat". I was so proud of him! He and another student (Josh) went and bought him something to eat and prayed for him. It was awesome!!! I love my students so much!

This year was amazing at S.O.S! I think everyone has fun. I met so many christian people that dont look at you weird for saying hi to them. It is a very powerful place and if u want to talk to God this is a place to be because you can concentrate even if a guy u like is there. I felt very welcomed i just wished it would have lasted longer!!! bye

p.s. you guys should have a winter thing called W.O.W. and it would stand for WINTER OF WORSHIP.

LOVE YA!

I am 52 years old and volunteered at SOS. I got so much out of this Season of Service! I think it changed and challenged me as much as it did the students. I will never again miss the opportunity to interact and become a part of such a wonderful, God-filled week!!! The music was inspiring and rocked the house every night. I can't believe how fast the week went, but it was truly amazing. I really liked the prayer center in the North Lobby. It did exactly what we were all trying to do: put God first, other second, and ourselves 3rd. God bless and I am looking forward to SOS 08.

At SOS this was my first time and it was very amazing. God spoke to me and a lot of other kids in my group. I hope that I can come next year. If so I'll see you there.

When I picked up my son on Friday night he said it had been the best experience of his life! This coming from a kid that didn't even want to go at first.
Wow, God can truly change hearts and change lives!!!
